By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or make a purchase. You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Personalized Orders & Payments

Natri Health provides personalized daily supplement packs tailored specifically to each customer's unique health profile. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided in your health assessment is accurate.

One-Time Purchase: Your initial purchase is a one-time payment for a 30-day supply of personalized supplements. This is not an automatic subscription.

Refill Plan: Approximately three weeks after your initial order is delivered, we will contact you via email with an optional monthly refill plan. You will have the choice to opt-in to continued deliveries at that time. You are always in control and will never be charged without your explicit consent or enrollment in a refill plan.

Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified of any changes to renewal pricing before being charged.

3. Shipping & 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We aim to process and ship your nutritionist-reviewed, custom-prepared packs as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days of completing your health assessment.

90-Day Guarantee: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. You have 3 full months to try your personalized packs. If you are not satisfied, you may return any unopened, individually sealed packs for a refund of their value.

Returns: To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@natri.health within 90 days of your purchase. You must ship the unopened packs back to us at your own expense. Once received and processed, we will issue a refund for the unopened portions of your order. Partially used orders are eligible for partial refunds (e.g., if you return 15 unopened packs from a 30-pack order, you will receive a 50% refund). Shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

4. Privacy & Data Use

By taking our health assessment, you authorize Natri Health to use your provided health data to create your tailored supplement recommendations. We take your privacy seriously and handle all health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and images on Natri Health are the property of Natri Health and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
